Mr. Goyal is the member of the Board of Directors of Global Advisors Ltd. He had been a Senior Partner & Director in Grant Thornton India. Grant Thornton is a UK based international accountancy firm with 5th position worldwide having more than 600 offices in about 100 countries & 21000 employees. In India. It has its presence in New Delhi (HQ), Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore with 18 partners & Over 250 employees. In Grant Thornton India, Mr. Goyal was responsible for Corporate Finance Function, which included Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Funding, and Advisory on restructuring issues etc.

Mr. Goyal as president was involved in the supervision/operations of Spice Communications Limited with the responsibility of revenue and profit management up to 31.12.2003. Spice is one of the largest cellular circle operators in the in the country and is the industry leader in its area with highest brand visibility and loyalty. Under the leadership of Mr. Goyal, Spice ( Punjab) was rated as one of the best performers in the cellular industry. Spice ( Punjab) has achieved over 100% growth annually during last few years.

As Chief General Manager in Modi Telstra Limited (Spice Cell – Kolkata), he was instrumental in establishing the first cellular operations in India during 1994-95 in collaboration with Telstra International, a renowned Australian integrated telecom player. His job responsibility included the setting up of the business, vendor’s negotiations, banking arrangements, treasury, finance and corporate affairs.

Mr. Goyal worked with Modi Xerox (last designated as Executive Director) for about 10 years and was heading the legal, taxation and corporate affairs department.
