- Pallavi has worked in the Transaction Tax Support team of Ernst & Young, India where she was responsible for transaction structuring given the tax and regulatory framework;
- Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Pallavi worked in the Corporate Finance division of Grant Thornton, India where she assisted in valuation, due diligences and mergers;
- As part of the KPMG audit team, Pallavi has done US GAAP and Indian GAAP audits and tax audits.
