Tandan specializes in financial and international taxation work in India. He is a Chartered Accountant with around 23 years of experience. Having involved with technology and pharma companies holding important Management positions in finance and taxation sectors.

At Xerox India, a subsidiary of Xerox Corp, USA, Tandan was heading the Corporate Advisory and Tax department. He was looking after tax matters of three joint venture companies viz Modi Xerox, Modi Xerox Financial Services and Xerox Modi Corp. He has successfully handled the complex business matters of these Companies for strategy & compliances. He was also involved in the M&A activities of the group.

Tandan was Head Taxation of Jubilant Organosys Ltd, One of the largest Chemicals and Biotechnology Company in India having subsidiaries in US, China and Belgium. With his expertise in the business and tax planning, he was able to economise substantially on tax payouts.

Prior to joining Xerox India. Tandan was involved as Financial & Tax Advisor to various SMES and had handled complex issues relating to business performance enhancement.
